Peter has over 20 years of experience valuing properties, including country homes, townhouses and coastal properties in all price ranges.

Not only being an RICS Qualified Survey, but Peter is also a CEMAP Qualified mortgage advisor (No longer Trading) and has extensive experience and knowledge in mortgage lending and criteria and a comprehensive understanding of the conveyancing process with over over 30 years of industry experience.

Peter undertakes ongoing professional development to enhance his surveying competencies and skills; this allows him to also undertake Commercial building inspections and BCIS Insurance Reinstatements calculations for types of Commercial premises.
